From a brokerage desk in London to running six businesses across two countries. This is how it happened.
Walked into the property industry in 2006 with no connections and no shortcuts — just a determination to understand markets better than anyone else in the room.
Spent the first year learning every part of the transaction: how buyers think, how vendors negotiate, how agents get deals done. That foundation never left.
Within a year, launched Link Estates — the first company, the first team, the first payroll. Took the leap from employee to entrepreneur at a point when most people were still finding their feet.
It was small. It was scrappy. And it taught everything about running a business that a salary never could.
Launched Nazemi Property Consultancy from a shared office in Marble Arch Tower — no shopfront, just a desk, a name, and a clear vision: serve the Gulf investor market in London better than anyone else.
Cold calls, early mornings, and a client list built entirely on referral and reputation. The brand existed before the bricks did.
Moved into a proper shopfront at 104 Seymour Place, Marylebone, W1H 1NG — one of London's most prestigious postcodes. Sales, lettings, and full property management across prime Central London.
Built a loyal Gulf investor client base through targeted Arabic-language marketing — including a paid advertisement in London's Arabic tourist map. Achieved Rightmove partner recognition and ran a fully branded EV fleet before it was mainstream.
"Took the shop in 2012. Ran it for two years without a sign on the wall. Put the brand up in 2014 — when the business had earned it."

104 Seymour Place, Marylebone — raw shell to branded shopfront. Sales · Lettings · Management.
Bilingual from the start — English and Arabic. Sales, Lettings & Management. The Shard on the cover because that was London in 2012.
The sign goes up in 2014. Two years of trading before we put the name on the wall.
"I have been in the industry for over ten years now… No two properties are the same in the property business, something that I very much enjoy."

In the same year the business found its stride, a more important chapter began. Married in London, 2013 — the foundation of everything that followed, inside and outside the office.
Expanded beyond brokerage into full property development and refurbishment contracting across Central London. Managing projects from shell-and-core to fully refurbished Victorian terraces.
In 2019, rebranded to FixMyProperty — an AI-powered platform connecting UK homeowners and landlords with vetted tradespeople. Now live at fixmyproperty.ai.
Victorian terrace restoration and roof-level works across Central London. Projects that take nerve, not just numbers.

In the same year Nazemi Construction launched, his first son Adrian arrived. October 2016 — the kind of milestone that puts everything else in perspective.

The flagship Nazemi Construction project — a full gut-and-rebuild of a Grade II Georgian townhouse in central London. Every room stripped back and rebuilt from scratch: bespoke oak millwork, hand-laid Calacatta marble, a custom gold balustrade staircase, and a bathroom that became the calling card.
No shortcuts. No compromises. Delivered on time.

Two years after Adrian, his second son Darian arrived. April 2018, Harley Clinic, London. The family was complete.

By 2019 the construction business had evolved beyond its original brief. Clients weren't just asking for luxury refurbishments — they were asking for the full picture: find the problem, fix it fast, manage the whole thing. The Nazemi name had done its job. Time for a brand that said exactly what it did.
FixMyProperty launched as a property maintenance and refurbishment platform targeting residential landlords and private homeowners across London. Transparent pricing, vetted tradespeople, end-to-end project management — no middlemen, no guesswork.
"The name change wasn't a pivot. It was clarity."
The world stopped. The property market froze. And like everyone else, we adapted — viewings went virtual, deals went quiet, and for the first time in 14 years, the phone genuinely stopped ringing.
But the pause had a purpose. It was in 2020 that the thinking shifted — away from trading time for deals, and toward building something that could operate at scale. The groundwork for TRPE began here.
Late nights. A phone app. The first attempt at a brand that would eventually become TRPE — The Real Property Experts.

Masked up. Branded, obviously. 2020.
After 15 years building in London, the family relocated to Dubai in 2021. Adrian and Darian traded grey skies for the Gulf — and a beach that quickly became their office.
The move wasn't just personal. It was a signal. Dubai's property market was accelerating fast, and this was the moment to be on the ground — not watching from abroad.
TRPE London stayed operational. But the centre of gravity had shifted.
London packed. Dubai next. 2021.

The Nazemi name retired. The Real Property Experts — TRPE — launched in London with a clear thesis: the Gulf investor market was underserved. Deep off-plan knowledge, Arabic-speaking capability, a data-first approach.
"The name changed. The standards didn't."

Dubai was the logical next move. A booming off-plan market, a city attracting global capital, and a gap for a genuinely premium, data-driven brokerage. TRPE Dubai launched in 2022 with a prime office at Ascott Park Place, Sheikh Zayed Road — and a dual-market strategy connecting London buyers to the Gulf.
A full agency team. RERA-licensed. Multilingual. Built to compete at the top end of the market — not the middle.
"London built the reputation. Dubai scaled it."

London → Dubai. The market was already on the plane.
Between the ventures, the launches, and the late nights — there's a life. Black tie. A friend's wedding. A reminder that the best things are built alongside the people who matter.
